Iconic Cape Town

 

I think that a photo of Table Bay with the Waterfront in the foreground and Table Mountain in the background could pass as a suitable description of Cape Town.  Not in whole of course, but definitely in part.

    Nice photo. I was last in Cape Town for the FIFA World Cup 2010 and your photo reminded me of the beauty of the area. Is that a red lego sculpture on the right? I don’t recall seeing that before. If you’re still in the area, I would recommend a safari at Shamwari Game Reserve. I have a post about it with a couple photos if you’re interested. Thanks for sharing your photo. Cheers.

      Thanks. It is a red lego-style man made from Coke bottle crates – at a guess he stands perhaps 20m tall. Have already left but heard that Shamwari is lovely.
